    Returns - Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns or refunds unless an item is defective, or we have made a mistake. If there was an issue made on our behalf, please email us with your name, order number and a photo within 4 days of delivery of your purchase. - Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or broken orders. - To file an insurance claim, go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number. They are normally quick about processing the claims. You must have a photo of any damage to the box and a photo that shows the shipping label for proof.
  • I have a big order, can I have cheaper shipping?
    If you reside in the US, we are happy to supplement our shipping method to USPS Flat Rate boxes which may lower your shipping costs. So long as your order can fit in their box size options. to use this shipping method; or if you are unsure of which shipping method is best please reach out to us via our "Contact" page
  • Shipping Policy
    Shipping - Please note that we do not ship daily. Orders can be expected to ship within 5-10 days with the exception of Preorders where you will receive shipping updates. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is scanned at the post office. - We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders on behalf of the USPS. - We are happy to ship to most countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please send us an email and we'll see what we can do for you! Reach out to us via our "Contact" page. Regarding customs, please know that your taxes and duties are not up to us, nor do we have any control over it.
  • How soon will I notice a difference?
    - This question depends solely on which product you are using, your desired outcome, the level of dosage you take, product delivery method, level of consistency, & your individual health situation. - Some of our products work faster than others, like our salves and tinctures. Others work overtime, like teas & yoni steams; it may take up to 2 weeks to see results. typically, customers notice big changes after a 30-day span of consistent use. - Herbs work by nourishing our systems, building up in the body. They meet us where we are, and we must meet them where they are. They are not a magic fix. Give yourself time to adjust to the herb and make other changes in our habits and lifestyle to meet the herb where it is.

    Although services & products are geared for overall Health and Wellness; They are not medically related, medical advice, substitutions for medical care or medication. We advise that clients/customers always involve their healthcare team in any services, recommendations, and products. CHHA team members are not medical professionals.
  • Do we use artificial colorants & fragrances
    We do not use ANY artificial colorants or fragrances in any of our products.
  • Are our herbs Organic?
    Yes! we use organic and pesticide free herbs in our formulas.
  • What is the product shelf life?
    This depends mostly on how they're made; For example, all tinctures, which are extracted into 100 proof grain alcohol, will have a much stronger shelf life than any food products or oil based products. TINCTURES: Up to three years but for maximum potency we suggest using within one year. SALVES: Due to the different waxes in salves, they can last up to two years depending on use. We really suggest only buying what you'll go through with in 1.5 years TEAS: Dried herbs can last a couple years but for maximum potency within one year.
  • Where do we get our herbs?
    We source our herbs from reliable sources that sustainably grow and ethically harvest organic high-quality plants
  • How do I find out about drug interactions?
    - We highly encourage all of our clients and customers to keep their healthcare team involved in any supplements and/or changes in their care. - A resource that tends to be overlooked is the use of calling your local pharmacy; you can call and see if there are any contraindications/ interactions between medications & supplements. - We recommend doing some research online or checking out an herb and drug interaction book. - Just a heads up, we can't legally give personalized advice about your specific prescriptions. So, it's up to you to dig into the details and make sure you're making safe choices. Your wellness is important to us!
  • Do our teas have caffeine?
    No. our teas are caffeine free.
  • Where is CHHA located?
    We are located in Pasadena, Maryland (Piscataway Conoy Nation); we currently do not have a store front to visit. However, we have our online store, local and online events, as well as pop up events around Maryland!
